Halle Friedman, MBA, BSN, RN, is a seasoned healthcare executive and aesthetics leader with more than 30 years of clinical and operational experience, including over a decade building and scaling a high-performing medical aesthetics practice. She is recognized for her ability to combine clinical expertise, business acumen, and patient-centered care to drive growth, optimize operations, and deliver exceptional outcomes in the aesthetics industry. In 2013, Halle founded Robert Andrews Medical Aesthetics, where she grew the practice from the ground up into a multi-million-dollar business serving more than 25,000 patients. As Founder and Clinical Operations Executive, she led all aspects of the organization, including clinical oversight, provider training, patient experience, marketing strategy, and operational performance. Under her leadership, the practice was consistently recognized as the #1 medical spa in Colorado Springs for 10 consecutive years and achieved national recognition as a top provider. Halle is a highly experienced aesthetic injector and advanced laser practitioner, with training through the National Laser Institute and extensive hands-on experience across a broad range of modalities, including laser technologies, skin resurfacing, injectables, and regenerative treatments. She has also served as a trainer and mentor, developing providers and ensuring consistent delivery of safe, high-quality, results-driven care. Her operational expertise includes scaling services, optimizing treatment offerings, improving cost structures, and implementing systems that enhance both patient outcomes and business performance. She has successfully increased conversion rates to 95%, maintained patient retention rates near 80%, and reduced operational costs by 25% through strategic process improvements. Prior to founding her practice, Halle held leadership roles in hospital systems, including emergency department operations and clinical supervision, and played a key role in healthcare technology implementation and workflow optimization. She brings a unique perspective that bridges clinical excellence with operational strategy, making her particularly effective in growth-focused and private equity-backed environments. A U.S. Air Force veteran and former flight nurse, Halle has a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and high-stakes decision-making. Today, she is focused on aligning with forward-thinking organizations like Glam Now to support scalable growth, elevate clinical standards, and expand access to high-quality aesthetic care.
