Lisa Topham, RN, BSN, is a nationally recognized aesthetic nurse with more than 30 years of experience in medical aesthetics. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Bridgeport and became a board-certified Plastic Surgical Nurse early in her career. As aesthetic medicine continued to evolve, Lisa quickly established herself as one of the industry's pioneering injectors. Before the FDA approval of neurotoxins and hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, Lisa worked alongside a prominent dermatologist, where she became the first nurse in Connecticut to administer traditional collagen injections. Her early adoption of advanced injectable treatments helped shape the foundation of modern aesthetic nursing. Lisa later spent 17 years as the practice manager for a respected plastic surgeon, where she also assisted in the operating room. This experience provided her with an exceptional understanding of facial anatomy and surgical aesthetics, laying the groundwork for her distinguished career as an injector. In the 1990s, Lisa launched her own aesthetic practice, becoming the first nurse in Connecticut to own and operate an aesthetic practice under her own name. She later spent an additional 14 years working with a world-renowned facial plastic surgeon, specializing in advanced non-surgical facial rejuvenation and refining her expertise in comprehensive facial aesthetics. Throughout her career, Lisa has trained extensively across the United States and internationally, earning certifications in numerous advanced aesthetic procedures. She is passionate about education and regularly provides hands-on training in facial rejuvenation and body aesthetic techniques. Lisa has served as a national trainer for both Allergan and Galderma and currently serves as a trainer for Renuva and PDO Max Threads. She continues to educate fellow medical professionals while remaining at the forefront of innovation in aesthetic medicine. Today, Lisa owns and operates Lisa Topham RN, LLC, in Wilton, Connecticut, where she offers a comprehensive range of aesthetic and wellness services, including injectable treatments, Sciton laser therapies, BioTE hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, and GLP-1 weight management programs. Her clinical specialties include neurotoxins, biostimulators such as Renuva, Sculptra, hyperdilute Radiesse, and EZGel. Lisa is especially known for her meticulous patient assessments, full-face facial balancing, and commitment to achieving elegant, natural-looking results. Her philosophy is centered on enhancing each patient's unique features while preserving facial harmony and avoiding an overdone appearance.
